Underground Hip Hop Showcase - May 4, 2024
All Hip Hop references welcome! This is a family accessible show so let's keep that in mind. If your art is deemed inappropriate we will reject it from the show.
Deadlines and Dates:
Call for Artists opens Wednesday Mar 27th and entries closes Thurs, May 2 2024.
Art drop off is Saturday, May 4 from 11AM - 3PM at Martial Pint.
Exhibit dates is May 4th 630PM-Midnight. All art must be taken at the end of the event.
No fees for submitting to this show! Up to two pieces per artist is allowed. If more art is needed we will ask for a third piece.
Submission Information:
Show theme is around Hip Hop. This can include pop references as well as grafitti, dj'ing, breakdancing, or rapping. We encourage art that is painted on vinly records. If you need a vinyl record please contact us artalliancesa@gmail.com.
Must be 18 years and up to participate.
All artwork is required to be for sale. We will handle all sales through our Paypal which takes a 3% fee, sales tax will also be collected on your behalf. We will collect a 15% fee from all art that sells. The rest is paid out to the artist 10 days after the event. Note* If you elect to donate your art, your share will be donated to Skate Angelo. Sign up for a PayPal account, it will be a lot easier and faster to send funds.
Artwork must be able to be hung, please make sure there is hanging wire already installed on the back. Here is a short video providing instruction in case you've never installed it before. If you are painting on a vinyl record then hanging wire is not required.
No AI artwork will be allowed, but all other mediums are welcome.
Martial Pint or Alejandro Fine Art will not be responsible for art damaged due to improper hanging of system installed by the artist.
